Cancellations

Because we process your order within moments of receiving it, we can only accept order cancellations by 3 PM Eastern Time,

and all requests for order cancellations received after this time will not be accepted.

If you are unable to submit your order cancellation by the 3 PM deadline you may return the parcel after its receipt

for a full and immediate refund.
